- 3D Laser Measuring & Template System
- Speed Cutting System
- Clean Miter System: When two pieces of porcelain are joined to form a waterfall panel or to create a custom edge, a mitered edge produces a smooth edge between them. From one surface to another, the design can “wrap” thanks to a vein-matched mitered seam.
- Water-jet Cutting System: Sink fittings and other highly specialized shapes are cut with this equipment.
- Lightweight Honeycomb Composite Panel (HCP) Cutting System: Our NASA-created honeycomb fiberglass and aluminum substrate is custom-cut to fit your project precisely.
Materials
Products made of porcelain come in 6mm or 12mm profile options. Although the 6mm material weighs less than most natural stones, it is thick enough to be sturdy, stiff, and long-lasting. This makes possible a wide range of uses, including installations on ceilings and wall cladding.
Our countertops are the strongest on the market thanks to Porcelain Plus’s exclusive countertop and surface construction method, which combines NASA’s honeycomb fiberglass and aluminum substrate with an all-climate bonding and seal procedure. This method delivers:

Installation

Prep Work is Vital
We’re a one-stop shop that is prepared to help and even prefers to help with preparation. Before installing the large-format porcelain, the project must have square edges and a level, plumb surface.
Kitchens: Get rid of outdated backsplashes and countertops.
Baths: Install sheetrock in bathrooms, waterproof the space, and construct mud beds, curbs, benches, or niches.
Fireplaces: Install sheetrock, mud walls, and make cuts for electrical cables and TV mounts in fireplaces.
Porcelain Plus does not do electrical or plumbing work.
Maintains Cleanliness
Our installers are meticulous in their treatment of your house. We sweep the job site before we leave, replace objects moved for the installation to their original locations, wear booties inside your home, and lay drop cloths in our working areas.
